• Professional qualification such as CA, CA (CC), or relevant certification will be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct process walkthroughs, document process flows, and identify key risks and controls.

• Collect, review, and verify documents and supporting evidence required for control reviews.

• Perform control testing and sample-based reviews of financial, operational, and compliance transactions.

• Conduct reconciliations, stock counts, physical verifications, and factory/field visits as assigned.

• Perform data analysis to identify anomalies, trends, control gaps, and areas requiring attention.

• Prepare and maintain Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), working papers, testing results, and control observations.

• Document control findings accurately and support the preparation of reports and recommendations.

• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and monitor their implementation status.

• Support SOP documentation, process improvement initiatives, and other Internal Control assignments.
