• Have practical experience in PUMA buyer requirements and SOPs

• Strong knowledge of PUMA finishing, quality, packing and presentation standards.

• Experience in handling PUMA buyer inspections and compliance requirements will be preferred

• Should be familiar with PUMA-specific finishing and packing SOPs, manuals and guidelines.

• Experience working with international sportswear brands, especially PUMA, will be an added advantage.

• Monitor daily finishing production against target and shipment plan.

• Supervise thread trimming, inspection, pressing, folding and packing activities.

• Ensure garments meet buyer quality and finishing requirements.

• Coordinate garment flow from sewing to finishing and packing.

• Monitor finishing line efficiency and productivity.

• Control WIP and minimize production bottlenecks.

• Identify recurring finishing defects and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure correct size, color, style, ratio and quantity during packing.

• Monitor manpower allocation and utilization in the finishing section.

• Coordinate with QA, PPC, Sewing, IE and Warehouse teams.

• Monitor rework, alteration and rejection and take necessary actions.

• Ensure proper implementation of buyer-specific packing instructions.

• Prepare and analyze daily production, quality and efficiency reports.

• Train and guide supervisors, operators and helpers on finishing standards.

• Ensure timely completion of finishing and packing for shipment.
