Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, hardware, software, security, and IT support operations. Ensures stable, secure, and efficient IT services across office and factory locations.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN.

• Administer and monitor servers, including Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and related services.

• Monitor network and server performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimum downtime.

• Manage user accounts, access permissions, email systems, and IT security controls.

• Maintain regular data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Ensure proper configuration, maintenance, and security of IT hardware, software, and network devices.

• Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, system documentation, and maintenance records.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for internet, hardware, software, servers, and network-related services.

• Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect systems, data, and network infrastructure.

• Support IT infrastructure requirements for corporate office and factory operations.

• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, infrastructure expansion, and implementation of new technologies.

• Maintain server documentation, configuration records, and asset inventory.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for server maintenance and technical support.

• Prepare IT reports and provide recommendations for improving system reliability, security, and efficiency.
