• Product Safety requirements for international apparel brands.

• RSL & MRSL requirements, CPSIA, REACH, OEKO-TEX, ZDHC, and other applicable regulations.

• Garment manufacturing process.

• Needle control procedures.

• Chemical management systems.

• Risk assessment and CAPA methodologies, ISO 9001 and quality management principles.

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ensure compliance with buyer Product Safety, RSL/MRSL, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate product safety testing with approved laboratories and review test reports.

• Verify safety compliance of fabrics, trims, accessories, and chemicals before production and shipment.

• Monitor needle control, metal detection, sharp point/edge, and small parts requirements.

• Maintain product safety documentation, test reports, certificates, and approvals.

• Investigate product safety failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, QA, and Compliance teams to resolve product safety issues.

• Support buyer audits and ensure timely closure of product safety non-conformities.

• Provide product safety awareness training to relevant factory personnel.

• Prepare periodic product safety compliance reports for management.
