Good command over patient handling
Strong Knowledge on physiotherapy instruments and tools
Eager to initiate effective measures for reducing worker’s back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, repetitive strain and work-related musculoskeletal disorders.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment for workers.
Manage back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, repetitive strain and work-related musculoskeletal disorders.
Conduct workplace ergonomic assessments.
Recommend exercises, posture correction and preventive measures.
Provide first-line support for minor workplace injuries and refer serious cases to doctors/hospitals.
Maintain patient/treatment records and monthly reports.
Conduct awareness sessions on ergonomics, stretching, posture and injury prevention.
Coordinate with the Medical/Health & Safety/HR team.
Monitor recurring occupational health problems and recommend corrective actions.
