Education:
MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/university.
Valid registration with BMDC.
Candidates with experience in garments/factory medical services will be preferred.

Good leadership and commitment to a safe working environment ensuring workplace health and safety initiatives.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct routine health check-ups of workers and employees
Provide health awareness and counseling to female workers.
Coordinate with the HR, Compliance and Welfare departments regarding employee health issues.
Ensure proper implementation of occupational health and safety practices.
Ensure overall health and safety within the factories.
Perform periodic health checkups for workers and staff.
Conduct health checkups for employees at the time of recruitment.
Prescribe medicine and provide medical advice to attending patients.
Administer first aid to emergency patients and, if necessary, refer them to specialized nearby hospitals with proper notification to factory management.
Maintain records of sickness, injuries, or accidents and analyses these records to minimize such incidents.
Strategically plan to maintain a good and healthy occupational environment.
Conduct health-related training programs to raise awareness about health and hygiene.
Perform any other medical duties assigned by the management.
