Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution
Line Balancing & Scheduling: Develop and execute daily sewing line loading plans to maximize monthly production capacity.
Pre-Production Supervision: Oversee size-set cutting, pilot runs, and pre-production meetings to minimize defects.
Plan and direct daily production schedules to consistently meet delivery commitments
Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, downtime, and material shortages
Quality & Efficiency
Oversee quality control and machine efficiency to uphold production standards
Drive cost-control and wastage-reduction initiatives across the production line
Workforce Management
Manage workforce planning, shift allocation, and team performance
Develop and mentor supervisors and line staff to strengthen team capability
Coordination & Compliance
Maintain close coordination with the merchandising/export team on order status and timelines
Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and factory regulatory standards
Maintain accurate production records, reporting, and KPI tracking
