Responsibilities & Context:
Design, implement, and oversee the organization’s data management systems, providing top management with real-time insights into production efficiency, costs, and supply chain performance.
Data Strategy: Develop and enforce data collection policies across all departments (Production, HR, Commercial, and SCM) to ensure data integrity and security.
Advanced Reporting: Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and interactive dashboards covering production targets, WIP (Work in Progress), and shipment status.
System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the company's ERP system and other data processing tools.
Performance Analysis: Identify bottlenecks and waste by analyzing production efficiency, machine downtime, and labor productivity.
Training & Support: Train end-users in various departments on effective data entry and how to interpret system-generated reports.
