The Group of companies has a RMG factory and Hospital and the Project Engineer will report to the Owner Management for undertaking civil maintenance, machine foundation and supervision of factory building construction works.

We are currently hiring a Senior Civil Engineer with 10–15 years of practical experience in building construction. The candidate must have hands-on experience working in compliance with BNBC 2020 and RSC/Nirupon standards.

Role Overview

• To manage on-site structural construction, ensuring compliance with BNBC regulations, structural drawings, architectural drawing and safety standards. Key duties include supervising construction activities, material management, preparing progress reports, and coordinating with contractors/laborers.

• Supervise project works and Ensuring smooth operation of project activities.

• Plan, supervise, and execute building construction projects from inception to completion.

• Review drawings, specifications, and suggest improvements

• Site Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities, including piling, reinforcement, concrete casting, and finishing works, ensuring they meet structural/architectural drawing specifications.

• Quality Control: Ensure strict compliance with BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code), RSC, Nirupon.

• Material Management: Prepare BOQ, costing, estimation, material requisitions based on design/drawings and verify the quality of materials received on-site.Study all types of drawings like Architectural, Structural, and Perspective to find out any dissimilarity/Deviation for correction from respective departments.

• Maintaining proper documentations of project related works.

• Check contractor work progress, quality with performance and Checked Contactor bills.

• Responsible to complete project works within the schedule time.

• Any other tasks assigned by management.
