We are a 100% export-oriented, one of the most trustworthy Sweaters manufacturers in Bangladesh, seeking a Merchandiser /Sr. Merchandiser who has exceptional buyers’ handling capabilities and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Follow up on orders from product development through shipment, maintaining Time & Action schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

• Coordinate buyer visits and align with internal stakeholders to drive buyer satisfaction and seamless execution.

• Meet with suppliers, oversee stock distribution, and negotiate competitive cost prices to maximize profitability.

• Analyze strategic business needs and leverage market intelligence to propose innovative capabilities and process enhancements.

• Oversee production planning, quality assurance, and supplier audits to eliminate quality issues and hit output targets.

• Formulate accurate price quotations and control costing for fabrics, trims, and accessories while safeguarding profit margins.

• Set individual and departmental KPIs aligned with company shipment targets and operational goals.

• Proactively identify production bottlenecks and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and maintain process flow.
