Experience:
Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Textile Engineering.
Deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes (knitting, woven, denim, etc.), critical path methods (TNA), and lead times.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in ERP software tailored for textiles/garments and advanced Excel for data tracking.
Order Analysis & TNA Management: Review buyer orders, tech packs, and style specifications to create and monitor the Time & Action (TNA) calendar, ensuring every milestone from sampling to shipment is met.
Material & Fabric Planning: Coordinate the sourcing and inventory tracking of raw materials, including yarn, greige fabric, dyeing status, trims, and accessories, to prevent production delays.
Capacity & Line Balancing: Analyze factory floor capacity, machine layouts, and manpower availability to allocate production lines efficiently for different garment styles.
Production Scheduling & Monitoring: Track daily and weekly production outputs, monitoring line efficiency, WIP (Work in Progress), and sewing/finishing progress to spot bottlenecks early.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central bridge between merchandising, commercial/procurement, quality control (QC), and industrial engineering (IE) teams to resolve operational roadblocks.
Status Reporting: Maintain updated tracking reports for management and buyers regarding yarn status, knitting/dyeing progress, batch approvals, and final delivery schedules.
Risk & Contingency Management: Anticipate delays in raw material arrivals or shipment bottlenecks and formulate backup plans to protect delivery dates.
