Education:
Education: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Diploma in Textile Engineering or relevant qualification.
Experience: Freshers or 1–3 years of experience in yarn dyeing production preferred.
Basic knowledge of yarn dyeing processes, chemicals, machines, recipes, and quality requirements.
Basic computer and production reporting skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Job Purpose
To support smooth and efficient yarn dyeing operations by monitoring batch processing, machine operations, process parameters, quality requirements, production targets, and operator activities while ensuring compliance with SOP and safety standards.
Machine Follow-up & Productivity: Machine follow-up and productivity to achieve the targeted Lot Per Machine Per Day (LpMpD) ≥ 2.0.
WFT Analysis & Problem Solving: Conduct daily/shift-wise WFT analysis, identify root causes, and take corrective actions to resolve shade and quality problems.
RFT Improvement: Control unnecessary additions, process deviations, rework, and quality issues to achieve and sustain RFT ≥ 80%.
Production Monitoring: Monitor daily yarn dyeing production and machine performance.
SOP & Process Compliance: Ensure batches follow approved SOPs, recipes, and process parameters.
Batch Time & Performance: Monitor batch processing time, Lot Per Machine Per Day (LpMpD), RFT, rework, and operating time gaps.
Operator Monitoring: Monitor operators and ensure proper machine and process operation.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Lab, QC, Maintenance, and Planning for smooth production.
Issue Identification & Reporting: Identify production and quality issues and report them immediately.
Production Reporting: Prepare and submit shift-wise production reports covering batch status, production time, machine performance, Lot Per Machine Per Day (LpMpD), RFT, rework, WFT analysis, and pending issues.
Shift Handover: Ensure proper shift handover of batch and machine status to the next shift.
