International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 21 countries over 35+ years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015.  It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.

ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Manage end-to-end product development and sampling Process based on Brand requirements.

• Work closely with the Global Team to ensure smooth and timely execution of the product development process, analyze customer requirements and identify suitable materials, production processes.

• Coordinate with Design, Operations, Planning, QA/QC, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Global Teams for timely sample development and execution.

• Monitor sample lead time, product quality, production feasibility, and customer requirements.

• Manage product costing, tender costing, target-price analysis, pricing reviews, and commercial feasibility.

• Support cost optimization through material re-engineering, process migration, and value-engineering initiatives.

• Coordinate sample submission, approval, item setup, material codes, production information, trim cards, and first bulk sample verification.

• Work closely with factory teams to ensure machine capability, trial production, technical feasibility, and First Time-Right development.

• Monitor PD performance through KPI, sampling, costing, approval, lead-time, and savings reports.

• Support new product development, sustainable solutions, embellishments, product catalogues, and business development initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, 5S, multi-skilling, knowledge sharing, and SOP improvement.

• Provide technical support and timely solutions for sample and bulk production issues.

• Perform other responsibilities assigned by the HOD/Management.
