Job Context:
∎ International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
∎ ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, examine, and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, and other financial reports to assess accuracy.
∎ Verify import costing documentation and prepare raw material costing.
∎ Prepare supplier payment.
∎ Handle day-to-day banking transactions individually.
∎ Collect vouchers from the Bank and give entry into software.
∎ Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Debtors, creditors, etc.
∎ Prepare monthly & and quarterly KPI and submit them to the management.
∎ Perform all Finance & Accounts activities of the Company assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by supervisor/Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Speaking and writing skills in English.
∎ Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
∎ Problem-solving and analytical ability
∎ Well knowledge in Tally Software is mandatory.
