∎ Must have well versed in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/Tally.
∎ Should have the mental ability to work under pressure, be flexible for office time, work in extended hours, and do any other task assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Must have proficient English communication skills, both written and oral, at a conversational standard.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
∎ Excellent in Bangla and English - both spoken and written.
∎ The applicant should have adequate knowledge on the HS Code, Customs Act, Export Policy, bond formalities, and other related laws applicable to export, as well as all banking terms and documentation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure accurate and on-time entry in Tally Software of all Raw Materials movement of the warehouse.
∎ Check opening stocks as per reports on a daily basis especially running items.
∎ Maintain each and every movement, inventory and stock of the store by using Tally Software.
∎ Conduct daily Cycle Counting & Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Verify all Raw materials the end of day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.
∎ Ensuring maintenance of Store compliance including LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card Methods.
∎ Arranging timely loading-unloading all kinds of goods by coordinating with others.
∎ Ensure MRR in software (Tally) & hand over to the Finance/Commercial department.
∎ Check Safety, Quality and Compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Coordinate with Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, Finance & necessary departments.
∎ Create Tally requisition of all kinds of Raw Materials item to meet smooth production and Operation.
∎ Verify all the incoming raw material according to store SOP/ISO Standard.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Team Leader and HOD.
