We are looking for potential candidates for the position of Jr. Merchandiser/ Trainee Merchandiser We are recognized as Green factory in Adamjee-EPZ in Bangladesh. There will be 4000 employees and manufacturing casual denim and kids wear. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the merchandising team in handling buyer orders and day-to-day merchandising activities.

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments under the guidance of the Senior Merchandiser / Merchandising Manager.

• Follow up on T&A (Time & Action) calendars and ensure activities are completed within deadlines.

• Assist in sample development, including development samples, fit samples, PP samples, and other buyer-required samples.

• Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, lab dips, strike-offs, and sample requirements.

• Prepare and maintain merchandising-related documents, order files, and buyer records.

• Assist in checking purchase orders, order details, specifications, color, quantity, delivery dates, and packing requirements.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Fabric, Accessories, and Commercial teams for smooth order execution.

• Follow up on production status and highlight delays or issues to the concerned senior team member.

• Assist in preparing order status reports and updating T&A/order tracking sheets.

• Support the team in maintaining effective communication with buyers and nominated suppliers.

• Assist in shipment follow-up and ensure required documents and approvals are completed on time.

• Maintain proper records of buyer comments, approvals, samples, and correspondence.

• Perform other merchandising-related duties assigned by management.
