Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Visit clients to understand their needs and maintain good customer relationships
Liaise and coordinate with the China office team
Follow up on orders throughout the process
Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Job Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in the fabric industry
Experience in synthetic (chemical fiber) fabrics is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Education: Bachelor degree in Textile/Garments.
