Responsibilities & Context:

1. Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical stock lists of all Polo and T-shirt inventories, ensuring seamless tracking between the display center and the warehouse.

2. Floor Sales & Customer Service: Greet walk-in clients, showroom buyers, and online retail partners on the floor, providing expert product guidance, showcasing samples, and closing sales.

3. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch: Coordinate with the warehouse team to pick, pack, and prepare bulk or retail orders efficiently for local and export dispatch.

4. Display Maintenance: Ensure the showroom display center is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, highlighting our latest export-quality knit garments effectively.

5. Stock Audits & Receiving: Conduct regular inventory counts, inspect incoming shipments from the manufacturing unit, and log stock accurately to prevent discrepancies.

6. Sales Support & Coordination: Assist the sales and management teams by providing real-time stock availability, processing invoices, and handling customer inquiries professionally.
