Responsibilities & Context:
Video Hosting & Presenting: Host promotional videos, product showcases, and live-selling sessions with energy and confidence, highlighting our export-quality Polo and T-shirts.
Sales Inquiries & Messaging: Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally via WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, answering customer questions about pricing, bulk orders, and stock availability.
Phone Communication: Answer customer and wholesale buyer phone calls, manage sales conversations, and provide clear product information.
Bilingual Fluency: Speak and write in proper, fluent Bangla and professional English, ensuring crystal-clear communication across both live video and text channels.
Brand Engagement: Interact with live stream viewers, build positive customer rapport, and guide potential buyers from online chats and calls toward closing a sale.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the videographer and sales team to align content schedules with current stock and promotional offers.
