Responsibilities & Context:
Routine/Regular Job:
Plan & execute Daily production Supervise & directs plant operations. Achieve production target.
Maintain manpower & materials for proper running of production as per GMP/SOP.
Do coordination & communication with all stack holder manpower as per production planning.
Ensure receiving of the RM & PM from the store for smooth production.
Minimize loss at different stage of production process and ensure higher productivity of the production.
Ensure the proper return and raise supplementary requisition with proper justification.
Reconciliation of production batches.
Solve all problems during a shift and give direction to shift in-charge and supervise the works.
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
Non-routine/Periodical Job:
Weekly & Monthly production reporting as well as evaluating.
Monitoring of Non-conforming and rejected materials and Products.
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Work on ISO audit and GMP.
Lead & trained to shift in-charge regarding Oracle/SAP software
To perform any other necessary tasks time to time as per management order.
