Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 36 years
  • 5–7 years of experience in Brand/Marketing Management (preferably in FMCG or similar industry).

  • Strong expertise in brand strategy, ATL/BTL/Digital marketing.

  • Proven experience in innovation management.

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen (budget, ROI, P&L understanding).Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of FMCG marketing, consumer behavior.

  • Hands-on experience with brand launches and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and insights.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strong project management and execution capabilities



Responsibilities & Context:

Routine/Regular Job:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies that meet brand objectives.

  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and insights that aid in the development of new products.

  • Managing creative agencies and vendors to create compelling brand campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

  • Developing and implementing social media and digital campaigns across various platforms to promote brand awareness and engagement.

  • Collaborating with product development teams to ensure that all new products are aligned with the brand's positioning and values.

Non-routine/Periodical Job:

  • Coordinating with internal teams such as trade marketing, sales, supply chain, and distribution to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Analyzing and reporting on brand performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions for future marketing efforts.

  • Prepare, monitor, and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Any others task assigned by management.
