Responsibilities & Context:

1. Conduct 15–18 days of market/party visits per month as per the approved tour plan for physical stock verification and market monitoring.

2. Visit assigned parties and physically verify products/stock in accordance with company policy and identify discrepancies, irregularities, and potential risks.

3. Review relevant IMS, stock, sales, outstanding/receivable and party-related information to identify inconsistencies and potential credit or financial risks.

4. Identify and report stock shortages/excesses, incorrect information, unusual transactions, policy deviations, and other risk-related issues observed during market visits.

5. Prepare party-wise monitoring reports, comparative statements and presentations in the prescribed format and upload the final PDF reports to the designated Drive.

6. Scan, merge, organize and upload all supporting documents/evidence related to market monitoring activities and maintain required hard-copy records.

7. Communicate identified issues to the concerned representative/department through formal correspondence and provide recommendations for corrective action.

8. Follow up on identified issues and support concerned stakeholders in taking necessary corrective and risk-mitigation measures.

9. Identify products requiring return/transfer from inactive, closed or otherwise relevant parties and coordinate necessary documentation and handover.

10. Maintain accurate records of market visits, findings, supporting documents and follow-up status.

11. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Section In-Charge.
