Responsibilities & Context:

• Identify, map and prioritize target RMG factories and groups across Bangladesh

• Build and maintain relationships with factory owners, MDs, directors, and HR, Admin, and Compliance heads

• Pitch the company and deliver presentations on the Fair Price Store model, covering worker welfare, compliance and CSR value, and the benefits for the factory

• Negotiate terms and close agreements or MoUs for store establishment

• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain and Projects teams on site surveys, store setup and launch

• Maintain the sales pipeline and lead database, and submit regular progress reports

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new store deals

• Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with the management of factories where our stores are currently operating, ensuring partner satisfaction and resolving any concerns promptly

• Manage post-launch partner relationships and look for expansion opportunities within the same groups

• Gather market intelligence on competitors and similar worker-welfare retail models

• Represent the company at industry events and at BGMEA and BKMEA forums where relevant
