Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell animal medicinal products, water quality management solutions, disinfectants, probiotics, nutritional supplements, and other animal related products.

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with farmers, hatcheries, dealers, distributors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.

• Conduct regular field visits to identify customer requirements and provide appropriate technical recommendations.

• Organize farmer meetings, technical seminars, product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional activities.

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales and collection targets within the designated territory.

• Provide technical guidance on proper management, identification, treatment, and biosecurity practices.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer feedback, and emerging business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and market-development initiatives.

• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, collection records, and field activity reports.

• Follow company policies, ethical sales and marketing practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and submit regular sales, market, and field-visit reports to the reporting manager.
