Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan and control daily, weekly, and monthly production.

• Ensure production targets are achieved on time.

• Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and capacity.

• Minimize production downtime and bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with PPC, merchandising, cutting, sewing, finishing, and shipment teams.

• Ensure orders are completed according to the buyer's delivery schedule.

• Follow up on critical orders and take corrective action.

• Work closely with QA/QC to maintain required quality standards.

• Reduce defects, rework, rejection, and customer complaints.

• Ensure quality problems are identified and resolved quickly.

• Ensure proper manpower allocation according to production requirements.

• Monitor absenteeism, overtime, productivity, and workforce utilization.

• Develop and motivate production supervisors and managers.

• Control labor, overtime, utility, wastage, and operational costs.

• Improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.

• Monitor production cost against targets.

• Coordinate between production, IE, QA, HR, maintenance, warehouse, commercial, and merchandising.

• Conduct regular operations meetings.

• Resolve cross-functional operational issues.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, line balancing, and productivity improvement.

• Identify root causes of production losses.

• Set and monitor KPI targets.

• Ensure factory operations follow company policies, labor laws, safety requirements, and buyer compliance standards.

• Maintain a safe and disciplined working environment.

• Review daily production reports and factory KPIs.
