Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Training Institutes, Garments, Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Post Graduate Diploma in HRM or Social Compliance will be considered an added advantage.

• Accredited Certification in L&D is preferable .

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Training Institutes, Garments, Group of Companies

• Age At least 26 years

• Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Energetic, proactive, emotional intelligence and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Training of Trainers (ToT) / Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP) /Talent Management Professional certification is required.

• An ISO internal or lead auditor course will be an added qualification to be considered.

• Follow-up & engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training needs analysis, and prioritize training.

• Maintain & understand break down of business problem to be able to create and propose a learning solution.

• Conduct discussions with SBUs to understand training requirements (mandatory training, technical, domain, and behavioral training).

• Assist to plan and execute the business needs into structured training programs in discussion with senior management.

• Maintain & work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery. Plan roll-out of training programs including timelines, target audience, and location.

• Maintain & execute roll out of training interventions including timelines, target audience, and location; using effective methods, and modules.

• Ensure the effective execution of training and conduct effectiveness assessments for all training.

• Maintain & prepare monthly consolidated training reports of all assigned SBUs' and share the same with reporting authority;

• Maintain & prepare, and circulate the lessons learned document, and maintain the document archiving system of responsible SBUs for training audit.
