• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, Fashion Design, Clothing Technology

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Handicraft

• Age 24 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience in a garment factory is preferred.

• Experience with hand sewing and embroidery is preferred·

• Experience in working with fibres, fabrics and trimmings, garment manufacturing, pattern making and product development is an advantage.

• Strong skills in research, analysis and problem-solving.

• Good knowledge of processes in garment manufacturing and product development.

• A good understanding of fabrics, trimmings, garment construction and finishing.

• Ability to analyse market and fashion trends.

• Good communication with in English and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

• Creative, innovative, detail-oriented and results-driven.

• Carrying out research and development work on new garments, patterns, fabrics, tulle , trimmings, underwear, caps, wigs, accessories, and manual manufacturing techniques, as well as adhesive techniques and bonding systems.

• Developing new product concepts and working on product improvement initiatives.

• Analysing market trends, customer requirements, fashion trends and competitor products.

• Co-ordinating with teams from the design, merchandising, production, quality assurance, industrial engineering and technical departments during product development.

• Developing and evaluating samples, prototypes and new product ideas.

• Analysing fabrics, trims, construction methods, measurements and product specifications.

• Identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve quality and increase production efficiency.

• Carry out tests on new materials, techniques and processes, and draw up evaluation reports.

• Maintaining R&D records, product development documents, test reports and technical specifications.

• Support the development of innovative and commercially viable products in line with buyers’ requirements.

• Ensure that new product developments meet the necessary quality, safety, compliance and production standards.

• Carry out other tasks in the field of research and development as assigned by senior management.
