Requirements:
Skills Required: Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond.,Fluent in English,Google Spread Sheet,Inventory Management
Additional Requirements:
- Age 24 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/system.
Record and monitor all stock receipts, issues, transfers and returns.
Conduct regular physical stock counting and reconciliation.
Identify and report stock discrepancies and variances.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and material availability.
Ensure proper inventory documentation and filing.
Monitor slow-moving, excess, damaged and obsolete inventory.
Coordinate with Store, Production, Planning, Procurement and Accounts.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
Support internal, external and buyer audits.
Ensure compliance with inventory control SOPs and procedures.
Support improvement of inventory accuracy and control processes.
