∎ PGDHRM, Administration, Compliance
∎ BRAC University,North South University,IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,East West University students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: PGDHRM,compliance
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Administration, Factory HR Administration Compliance., Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. HUMAN RESOURCE:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process, including rigorously developed job descriptions, hiring criteria, interview process and flow, candidate tracking, and candidate screening
∎ Responsible for training employees, making them familiar with the workplace and organization's ethics, handling employee relations
∎ Manage payroll of employees and workers
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
∎ Nurture a positive working environment
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
∎ Maintain pay plan and benefits program
∎ Assess training needs of employees & workers to apply and monitor training programs
∎ Monitor regular motivational workshop for workers & employees
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

∎ B. ADMINISTRATION:
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
∎ Ensure compliance related to building safety, fire, childcare, etc... pertaining to RMG
∎ Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
∎ Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
∎ Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
∎ Manage schedules and deadlines
∎ Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
∎ Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
∎ Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electrician, mechanics, boiler operators)
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
∎ Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
∎ Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
∎ C. INTERNATIONAL:
∎ Coordinate and communicate with US and international team members
∎ Assist in HR and admin issues for international teams
