Salary: Tk. 45000 - 60000 (Monthly)

∎ At least 10 years

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be male, aged not more than 45 years.
∎ Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading production operations in the garment manufacturing industry.
∎ Strong expertise in all areas of manufacturing processes and production management.
∎ Knowledge of work study, IE, and planning will be a great advantage.
∎ Proficient in MS Excel and capable of delivering clear, concise presentations.
∎ Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and lead the overall production process across the factory.
∎ Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all production lines.
∎ Manage production teams and ensure targets are met with high-quality standards.
∎ In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, work study, industrial engineering (IE), and production planning.
∎ LEAN and KAIZEN basic knowledge would be an advantage in selecting the candidate
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production efficiency.
