Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 40 years
Bachelors or Master Degree from a recognized university.
3–5 years of experience in garment factory compliance.
Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, and RSC requirements.
Experience in garments/textile industry is an advantage.
Good knowledge of fire prevention, emergency response, and safety compliance.
Must be good command of spoken and written English.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and buyer Codes of Conduct.
Prepare and coordinate social compliance audits (BSCI, RSC, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.).
Maintain compliance-related documents and records.
Conduct internal compliance inspections and identify corrective actions.
Monitor health & safety, fire safety, and environmental compliance.
Organize worker awareness programs and compliance training.
Coordinate with buyers, auditors, and relevant government authorities.
Follow up on CAP (Corrective Action Plan) and ensure timely implementation.
Prepare compliance reports for management.
