• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, Environmental Science, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Experience in garments factory will preferred

• RSC Expertise: Strong, direct experience working with RSC (RMG Sustainability Council) inspections, remediation, and closure reports.

• Brand Exposure: Proven track record of managing compliance for Zara (Inditex), H&M, Walmart, and American Buyers (e.g., Target, Gap, PVH).

• Certifications: Lead Auditor certification (SA8000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or WRAP) is highly preferred.

• Skills: Excellent command of the Bangladesh Labor Law, strong negotiation skills, analytical problem-solving, and fluent command of both English and Bangla.

Job Location: Mirpur, Dhaka. Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:

• RSC Compliance & Audits: Lead all CAP (Corrective Action Plan) management, structural, electrical, and fire safety protocols in alignment with RSC guidelines.

• Buyer Audit Management: Prepare, host, and successfully pass social, environmental, and structural compliance audits for global brands (e.g., Zara, H&M, Asus, M & S, Next, Walmart, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, CK)

• Code of Conduct (CoC): Ensure 100% adherence to buyer CoC, local Bangladesh Labor Act (BLA), and ILO international standards.

• EHS & Sustainability: Drive Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives, waste management, and energy efficiency programs.

• CAP Implementation: Work closely with engineering and management teams to resolve non-compliances and maintain zero critical findings.

• Training & Development: Conduct regular training for factory workers and mid-management on safety, fire drills, labor rights, and workplace policies.
