Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager (PM) for the Production Department at Knit Garments Factory.
Job Location will be Toke, Kapasia, Gazipur.
Ensure production as per production planning.
Supervising and motivating a team of floor supervisors and workers.
Overseeing the production process in the assigned area.
Maintain the production schedule in strict compliance with the schedule.
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
Ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Responsible for the quality standards in the process.
Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs as and when needed.
Coordinating with different departments, as and when needed.
Work as a team to implement the company’s policies and goals.
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed in the workplace.
Review the performance of subordinates and report accordingly.
Identifying training needs and suggesting training.
Ensure that the maintenance of equipment is done as per the plan.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
