• Handle all deemed export documentation in compliance with government and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and process PI (Proforma Invoice), LC (Letter of Credit), and contract documents for deemed export transactions.

• Maintain and update export-related records, registers, and statements (e.g., local LC statement, delivery status).

• Coordinate with local buyers, suppliers, and internal departments (merchandising, accounts, production) to ensure smooth execution.

• Ensure proper VAT, tax, and bonded warehouse compliance as per Bangladesh regulations.- Collect LC and make documents including bank forwarding, bill of exchange,  commercial invoice, packing list, and others as per LC.

• Activities to collect party acceptance.

• Monitor payment realization and follow up with buyers for timely collection.

• Handle BGMEA/BKMEA/Customs/bond-related procedures when required.

• Support management with reports on export performance, pending orders, and financial status.

• Prepare export documents

• Booking of forwarder portal
