Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• Diploma
• Bachelor/Honors

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a relevant discipline is preferred.

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Equivalent practical experience in embroidery digitizing and development may also be considered.

• Develop and digitize embroidery designs from buyer artwork, sketches, specifications, and approved samples.
• Convert artwork into production-ready embroidery programs using Wilcom or other relevant embroidery software.
• Modify and optimize existing designs in line with buyer comments and production requirements.
• Validate stitch density, underlay, pull compensation, stitch direction, trims, jumps, sequencing, and thread specifications.
• Wilcom Embroidery Software (V-E2 / E4)
• Embroidery digitizing and editing
• DST and common machine formats
• Stitch types and settings
• Appliqué and specialty techniques
• Sequin and decorative programming
• Thread and color selection
• Basic machine operation and limitations
• MS Office / Excel for reporting and documentation

EMBROIDERY TECHNIQUES

• Prepare designs across the following techniques:
• Regular embroidery
• 3D / puff embroidery
• Appliqué
• Sequins / twin sequins
• Chenille / terry
• Taping / cording
• Beads and decorative embroidery
• Multicolor and special effects
