Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture

• Age 30 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Poultry Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related field will be preferred.

• Candidates with relevant practical experience in poultry farm management may also be considered.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in poultry farm operations and management.

• Experience in managing commercial poultry farms will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of poultry farm operations and biosecurity.

• Ability to work independently and take operational decisions.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Willingness to stay/work at the farm location as required.

• Overall management and supervision of poultry farm operations.

• Monitor daily production, bird health, feeding, vaccination, medication, and biosecurity.

• Supervise farm workers and ensure proper discipline and productivity.

• Maintain proper records of production, feed consumption, mortality, medication, and other farm activities.

• Ensure proper implementation of farm hygiene, sanitation, and biosecurity measures.

• Monitor feed, medicine, equipment, and other farm requirements.

• Coordinate with veterinarians and relevant personnel regarding bird health and farm management.

• Control farm operating costs and minimize wastage.

• Prepare regular reports on farm performance and production.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and poultry farming standards.
