• Good understanding of textile manufacturing and product costing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written); other language skills are a plus.
• Analytical mindset and ability to prepare business reports.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve annual sales and revenue target.

• Analyze buyer inquiries and provide suitable solutions.

• Identify emerging fabric technologies, sustainability trends, and customer demands.

• Ensure profitability through effective margin management and cost control.

• Closely work with buyers and concern departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

  Pre-requisite to apply:

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from a recognized university.

• MBA in Marketing or International Business will be considered an added advantage.

• Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in woven fabric marketing field with at least 1-2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
