Experience:
3–6 years of practical experience in apparel merchandising, production, or quality control; experience in women’s clothing will be preferred.
Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, measurements, stitching, embroidery/printing, finishing, and common quality defects.
Ability to coordinate and follow up with multiple factories, vendors, and suppliers.
Capable of inspecting samples and bulk production against approved specifications and quality standards.
Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Willing and able to visit factories frequently as required.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for production tracking and reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production and delivery deadlines.
Kashmira, a women’s fashion and lifestyle brand of VITTORIO LUSSO LIMITED, offers a diverse range of women’s clothing. We are looking for a Production & Quality Executive to coordinate production, factory follow-up, and quality control of Kashmira’s product line.
Assist the Fashion Designer & Product Developer in production planning and execution of Kashmira’s product line.
Coordinate with factories, vendors, and suppliers for sampling and bulk production.
Ensure approved designs, samples, fabrics, specifications, measurements, quantities, and production requirements are accurately followed by factories.
Follow up on sample development, approvals, production schedules, and delivery deadlines.
Monitor the complete production flow from factory allocation through production, finishing, quality inspection, and final delivery.
Visit factories regularly to monitor production progress and ensure timely completion.
Conduct quality inspections at different production stages and before final delivery.
Check fabric, color, measurements, stitching, embroidery/print, workmanship, finishing, and overall product quality against approved standards.
Identify defects, production deviations, and quality issues and coordinate with factories for correction or rework.
Maintain accurate style-wise and factory-wise production status, quantities, quality findings, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate the timely collection and handover of finished products to the inventory team.
Immediately report production delays, quality issues, shortages, and other critical concerns to the Fashion Designer & Product Developer.
Perform other production and quality-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
