Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in the same designation as Executive – IE & Planning.

Relevant experience in the Garments/Textile industry will be preferred.

Additional Requirements

Good knowledge of IE techniques and production planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

1. Prepare and monitor production plans to ensure timely achievement of production targets.

2. Conduct Industrial Engineering (IE) activities to improve productivity and production efficiency.

3. Analyze production processes, manpower utilization, line efficiency, and capacity.

4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production planning reports.

5. Monitor production progress against planned targets and identify deviations.

6. Conduct time study, capacity analysis, line balancing, and productivity improvement activities.

7. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Merchandising, and other relevant departments.

8. Identify bottlenecks and recommend effective solutions to improve workflow.

9. Monitor manpower requirements and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

10. Prepare and maintain IE and planning-related reports and documentation.

11. Support management in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
