Handle workers’ welfare and employee-related issues.
Receive, investigate, and resolve workers’ grievances.
Ensure proper communication between workers and management.
Monitor welfare facilities and workplace conditions.
Conduct worker counseling, awareness sessions, and welfare activities.
Maintain welfare-related records and reports.
Support HR & Compliance activities and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
