Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company vision and market trends & conduct market research to identify customer needs, market gaps, and competitive landscape. Define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Follow up on the sample approval process and take approvals for all received samples

• Monitor the fabric, accessories, trims, prints, and cut to pack of samples for timely dispatch to buyers

• Update the Sample Follow up on the chart and ensure smooth communication with the factories & communicate with TIL Field Product Development Executive on sampling development

•  Proceed with technical pack minor amendments under the guidance of the senior team

• Sample process follow-up & on-time sample submission

• Effective collaboration with diverse teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and manufacturing

• Encouraging a culture of innovation and creativity within the product development team fosters the generation of novel ideas and solutions

• Developing and executing clear, well-defined product development strategies
