Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Washing Factory

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Diploma/degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or a relevant field will be an advantage.

• At least 2 years

• Age At least 28 years

• Good knowledge of trims, accessories, and garment-related materials.

• Practical knowledge of inventory and stock management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills, particularly MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and work under pressure

1. Receive and physically check materials against purchase orders, challans, and other relevant documents.

2. Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Received Note), Challan, receiving, and material issue records.

3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.

4. Issue trims, accessories, and other materials to respective departments against approved requisitions.

5. Ensure proper identification, storage, arrangement, and preservation of all materials.

6. Conduct regular physical stock checking and reconcile stock with system and/or records.

7. Monitor stock movement, maintain proper documentation, and report discrepancies to the concerned authority.

8. Ensure timely updating of all store-related records and transactions.

9. Maintain proper housekeeping and an organized store environment.

10. Follow company procedures and ensure proper control of incoming and outgoing materials.
