Responsibilities & Context:

1. Create detailed 2D technical sketches based on initial design concepts.

2. Develop comprehensive technical packs, including measurements, materials, construction details, and colourways.

3. Review samples, provide technical observations and comments, and approve or reject samples where required.

4. Ensure the accuracy of garment design and embellishment placement.

5. Review and finalise product technical packs, including measurements, construction methods, and relevant technical information.

6. Support factories from sample development through order confirmation, providing technical and construction guidance.

7. Conduct risk assessments of development samples and technical packs.

8. Assist in pattern development and adjustments to ensure proper fit and design accuracy.

9. Conduct 3D fitting using CLO 3D garments and evaluate fit, shape, and silhouette.

10. Ensure garments are constructed according to technical specifications and design intent.

11. Identify and resolve technical issues during sample development and production.

12. Collaborate closely with Design, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth product development.

13. Maintain accurate records of technical specifications, fit comments, and production changes.

14. Ensure all technical specifications, patterns, and samples meet required quality standards.

15. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

16. Adapt to changing design requirements and production challenges.
