Salary: Tk. 30000 - 45000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Garments Accessories

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design / Apparel Design, with academic background in fashion design and product development (mandatory)

• Knowledge of local and international fashion trends will be an advantage

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Garments Accessories

• Age At least 27 years

• 2–5 years of practical experience in product fashion design & development for the Bangladesh market

• Hands-on experience in designing the following categories: Sports Wear, Gym Wear, Casual Wear, Knit Wear

• Special functional wear (e.g., compression wear, moisture-wicking wear, yoga wear, running wear)

• Experience in product development for a brand or retail business will be preferred

• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styling

• Ability to develop new product designs and creative concepts

• Knowledge of fabric selection (Jersey, Fleece, Interlock, Rib, Poly-blend, Spandex, etc.), trims, accessories, and garment construction

• Practical knowledge of pattern, grading, and measurement

• Practical experience in sample development, size chart, and tech pack preparation

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software

• Ability to work closely with Merchandising and Production teams

• Good communication skills (Bangla and English) and teamwork ability

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

• Design & develop functional wear for our brand

• Conduct trend research and propose new design ideas

• Coordinate sample development from concept to final approval

• Select and verify fabrics, trims, and accessories

• Work closely with Merchandising and Production teams to ensure smooth execution

• Ensure design quality, fit, and product standards are maintained

• Develop new fashion designs and product concepts as per company sales demand and buyer requirements

• Modify and improve designs based on buyer feedback

• Support product development activities to meet timelines and quality standards

• Maintain design archive, sample library, and product development records

• Comply with company policies, Code of Conduct, and applicable compliance requirements

• Perform other related duties assigned by the management

• Salary Range: BDT 30,000 – 45,000 (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
