Experience:

• A bachelor's degree from any recognized institution.

• A degree in Media, Film, Photography, or Graphic Design will be preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in video and photo editing.

• Experience in content creation for fashion, e-commerce, or product-based brands will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.

• Working knowledge of any one of the following: DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or CapCut.

• Practical knowledge of camera operation, lenses, lighting, and framing.

• Interest in using AI-based editing tools.

• Strong time-management skills and the ability to deliver work within deadlines.

KPI (First 3 Months)

• Deliver 5–7 Reels/short videos per week.

• Produce 2–3 major campaign creatives per month.

• Deliver edited content within 48 hours after approval.

CODS Clothing Co. is a growing fashion and apparel brand. We are looking for a creative and experienced Video & Photo Editor to produce content for our products and brand, with strong skills in both shooting and editing.

Position Details

• Department: Brand

• Reporting to: Digital Marketing Manager

• Work Location: Sector# 10, Uttara, Dhaka.

• Work Mode: On-site

Working Hours and Weekly Holiday

• Working Days: 6 days per week.

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Weekly Holiday: Friday.

Equipment

• The company will provide the camera, lighting equipment, and editing workstation

Core Responsibilities

• Photography: Capture product, model, and brand content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras in studio and outdoor environments under natural and artificial lighting conditions.

• Videography: Plan and shoot Reels, short videos, and advertising creatives, including the use of gimbals and tripods.

• Video Editing: Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve, including color grading, sound synchronization, and subtitle integration.

• Photo Retouching: Perform photo retouching, color correction, and final image delivery using Photoshop and Lightroom.

• Archiving: Properly store, back up, and organize raw and edited files.

Supporting Responsibilities

• Research trends and algorithm updates and keep the team informed.

• Provide basic support in motion graphics (After Effects) and sound design.

• Participate in monthly creative ideation and shoot planning.

Special Note: Motion graphics and sound design will be considered supporting skills at the basic level. The primary focus will remain on shooting and editing.

• Salary depending on portfolio quality and experience.
