• Minimum Graduation with a major in Design

• 2 to 3 years

• Age At least 22 years

Experience Required:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Denim developer or Designer.

Additional Qualifications Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla & English.
• Strong visual precision with the ability to view and accurately differentiate the color spectrum.
• Working knowledge of digital design tools, specifically Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.

“A leading multinational buying house is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Assistant Denim Designer / Developer to join our fast-paced fashion team. This role bridges creative vision and factory execution, taking full ownership of the product lifecycle from raw fabric sourcing to the perfect final wash.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Need a good understanding of the design process involved within the fashion environment; understand apparel from concept to executable samples.
• Perform trend searching and structural sketching as per given instructions.
• Produce detailed tech packs and follow the complete development of a product from initial drawings to final samples.
• Allocate samples and source raw materials from appropriate factories and mills.
• Liaise with factories and, when required, visit factories to follow progress, check sample rooms, evaluate wash processes, and source trims and fabrics.
• Perform other duties as required to support design room operations.
