Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a relevant discipline.

• Candidates with relevant professional qualifications and practical commercial experience will receive preference.

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Strong expertise in import-export procedures, LC management, banking, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.

• Practical knowledge of Bangladesh Bank regulations, bonded warehouse operations, and applicable customs and VAT regulations.

• Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple commercial operations and meet shipment deadlines.

• Good analytical skills for cost control, risk assessment, and operational reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP-based commercial operations.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with banks, regulatory authorities, suppliers, and internal departments.

• High level of integrity, accountability, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Ability to lead Commercial Operations for both Young Labels Ltd. and Young Socks Ltd.

• Willingness to visit and coordinate with factory units as required.

• Ability to work under pressure and resolve time-sensitive commercial issues.

• Strong commitment to regulatory compliance, internal controls, and management reporting.

• Lead and supervise all commercial operations for both companies, covering garment trims and accessories manufacturing and socks manufacturing.

• Manage import and export operations, including LC opening, amendments, back-to-back LCs, EXP, IMP, shipping documents, and bank negotiations.

• Ensure timely procurement and import of raw materials, machinery, spare parts, and other required materials.

• Handle export documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs clearance, and shipment coordination.

• Maintain effective relationships with banks, customs authorities, C&F agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, suppliers, and buyers.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, customs laws, bonded warehouse requirements, VAT, and other applicable import-export regulations.

• Monitor import costs, export proceeds realization, payment settlements, and foreign currency transactions in coordination with Finance & Accounts.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Accounts, and factory management to ensure smooth business operations.

• Monitor shipment schedules, lead times, documentation accuracy, and potential commercial risks.

• Develop and implement commercial policies, SOPs, internal controls, and cost optimization strategies.

• Supervise, guide, and evaluate the Commercial Team of both companies.

• Prepare periodic commercial reports, including LC status, shipment updates, import-export performance, pending documentation, and compliance issues for Management.
