∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public University.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Composite Textile industry, Food processing industry, Heavy equipment manufacturing company.
∎ Experience in the textile or knitting industry will be given preference.
∎ Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation.
∎ Proficient in HVAC, cooling systems, utility machinery and power distribution.
∎ Mid-level proficiency in AutoCAD and strong project management and supervisory skills.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of ISO, BNBC and RSC standards is essential.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment used in production processing, such as knitting machines, compressor, diesel and gas generator, substation, other machinery.
∎ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement both preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
∎ Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve processing line efficiency, safety, and yield.
∎ Support capital projects including equipment upgrades, facility expansions, and process automation initiatives.
∎ Analyze and optimize production processes for efficiency, reliability, and ergonomics.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement, upgrade, and installation of machinery.
∎ Ensure strict adherence with fire, electrical and structural safety as per RSC, hands on experience to remediate CAPR generated by safety audit.
∎ Participate in continuous improvement programs and root cause analysis initiatives.
∎ Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
∎ Train and support production and maintenance personnel in proper equipment operation and safety practices.
