Additional Requirements:

  • Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Table, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).

  • Must have practical experience in payroll processing for a manufacturing or corporate environment.

  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act & Labour Rules, especially regarding wages, overtime, leave, and service benefits.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to verify payroll data and identify discrepancies.

  • Good understanding of attendance, shift, OT calculation, salary structure, and final settlement.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Monitoring and preparing monthly salaries and other benefits for all employees by utilizing payroll management software (HRMS).

  • prepare and update data of attendance, overtime, leave management, shift management and absenteeism.

  • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, attendance bonuses etc. with assistance of HRMS software.

  • Maintain each employee's personal file, service records, and separation process.

  • Reporting on payroll expenses, compensation, benefits, necessary deductions and taxes.

  • Entering the data of new employees into company's databases (e.g. tax identification numbers and bank accounts).

  • Prepare various types of payment sheets (final settlement, maternity benefit, leave encashment bill, Settlement, festival bonus bill etc.)

  • Manage and coordinate with accounts department for proper payments and deductions like Income Tax and Others.

  • Manage for time completion of Salary entry, modification.

  • Handle all benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures.

  • Any other tasks given by department manager.
