• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• 10 to 12 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Composite Textile industry, Food processing industry, Heavy equipment manufacturing company.

• Experience in the textile or knitting industry will be given preference.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation.

• Proficient in HVAC, cooling systems, utility machinery and power distribution.

• Mid-level proficiency in AutoCAD and strong project management and supervisory skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of ISO, BNBC and RSC standards is essential.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment used in production processing, such as knitting machines, compressor, diesel and gas generator, substation, other machinery.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement both preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve processing line efficiency, safety, and yield.

• Support capital projects including equipment upgrades, facility expansions, and process automation initiatives.

• Analyze and optimize production processes for efficiency, reliability, and ergonomics.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement, upgrade, and installation of machinery.

• Ensure strict adherence with fire, electrical and structural safety as per RSC, hands on experience to remediate CAPR generated by safety audit.

• Participate in continuous improvement programs and root cause analysis initiatives.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Train and support production and maintenance personnel in proper equipment operation and safety practices.
